Fencefoot Farm lies on the A78, just south of Fairlie, between the seaside resort.
The ground floor comprises of a large kitchen and living area with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave oven. There is also a bathroom, with bath (and shower attachment), wash hand basin and toilet.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two single beds and a wash hand basin. Both rooms are furnished with antique pine wardrobes and chest of drawers.
As well as being close to the local seaside resort of Largs, Fencefoot Farm is ideal for hiking and cycling - being beside the Fairlie Moor Road. Other attractions include Largs Marina for sailing enthusiasts, Largs Golf Club and Kelburn County Centre - which is great for kids. Regular ferries from Largs take you to the Isle of Cumbrae, from Wemyss Bay to Bute and from Ardrossan to the Isle of Arran.
The adjacent Farm Shop sells a variety of fresh and smoked fish and shellfish as well as cheeses, pates, soups and Bernard's famous home-made bread (also used in Fins). Or if you don't want to cook, next door is Fins Restaurant, where tenants enjoy a 10% discount on their meals.
